Drink the beer you brew or enter it into another brewing competition. These are the hard choices we are forced to make. In the case of this red IPA, the wife had the final say, and this beer remained home during our recent adventure to Boot Brew Fest in Eunice, Louisiana. She did not want to let this one go out the door, and we don’t blame her because it is pretty damn tasty.
(5 gallon batch)

Update: This beer placed 2nd in the Specialty IPA table of the 2023 Spirit of 76 competition in Dallas, Texas.
