A beer named for everyone’s favorite Shiba Inu. There were some issues with the grain bill and the amount of two row included. We “think” we resolved it, but the beer looks like it will come out much stronger than we anticipated. This maxed our system and was likely the hardest beer we ever brewed. Link was a master at collecting rupees in the tall grasses surrounding the Hyrule Kingdom. With this recipe, we’ve collected lots of hoppy flavors in this American Ale. It “could” be classified as a pale, however, the CaraRed gave it a darker color and the hops provide such as bitterness, that it really is not a pale ale.
