We brewed this as a split batch beer. 2.5 gallons going to this Belgian IPA and 2.5 gallons going to the “All in on Nothing” Belgian pale ale.

Final Gravity: 1.012

9lbs. Belgian Pilsner
1.8 lbs. Caramunich Type II
12 oz. Belgian Aromatic
10 oz. Belgian Biscuit
6 oz. Special B

Boil (hops in pellet form):

1.0 oz. -  Styrian (4.5 AA)              @60
0.75 oz. - Saaz (3.0 AA)                 @15
1.0 oz. -  Styrian (4.5 AA)              @0

Dry Hop:

2.0 oz. - Citra (4.5 AA)              5 days
2.0 oz. - Cascade (3.0 AA)            5 days


*Yeast Nutrient and Whirflock Tablet       @10
* Lagered at 50-55 degrees for three weeks.

Yeast:
Wyeast 1214 Belgian Abbey
