…But it’s honest work. This is a Norwegian-inspired farmhouse ale utilizing juniper berries and orange peel. Turned out pretty well, and we are planning to put it on tap at the 2023 Boot Brew Festival in Eunice, Louisiana.
Update: This beer took Third Place – Light European Ales in the 2023 Clash of Carboys in Louisianna.
