Our first stab at a Brut IPA. We hope this beer has a hoppy pop with a dry finish and extra fizz. Created to be served at Lunar Rendezbrew 29 on June 3rd in Pearland, Tx.
(5 gallon batch, 60 minute boil)

Pre-Boil Gravity: 1.034
Original Gravity: 1.054
Final Gravity: 1.011
ABV: 5.6
                                                                                      

Fermentables:
10 lbs.  - Premium Pilsner
1 lb. Flaked Rice
1 lb. Flaked White Wheat
1.5 lbs. Corn Sugar (late addition @ 10 minutes)

Boil (hops in pellet form):

1.0 oz. -  Columbus (15.8 AA)              @60
1.0 oz. -  Citra (12.6 AA)                 @10
1.0 oz. -  Mosaic (10.8 AA)                @10
1.0 oz. -  Citra (12.6 AA)                 @5
1.0 oz. -  Mosaic (10.8 AA)                @5
1.0 oz. -  Citra (12.6 AA)                 @0
1.0 oz. -  Mosaic (10.8 AA)                @0
*Yeast Nutrient and Whirflock Tablet       @10

Dry Hop (3-5 days):

1.0 oz. -  Citra (12.6 AA)
