Fermentables: 11 lbs. - American Two Row 2 lbs. Flaked Barley 4 oz. Pale Chocolate 9 oz. Carafoam 9 oz. Vienna 2 oz. Cacao Nibs (Last five minutes of boil) 2 lbs. Clear Belgian Candi Sugar (Last five minutes of boil) Boil (hops in pellet form): 1.5oz. - Fuggles (5.6 AA) @60 0.5 oz. - East Kent Goldings (4.8 AA) @30 0.5 oz. - East Kent Goldings (4.8 AA) @10 *Yeast Nutrient and Whirflock Tablet @10 Dry Hop: 2 oz. Cacao Nibs (3 days in mesh bag) 4 oz. Steep Cold Coffee (Black Rifle Company Space Bear Light Roast) 2 Vanilla Beans (at kegging)
