We officially joined a homebrew club this month. For years now, we’ve shared beers on Mondays with many members of the Bay Area Mashtronauts at the Bakfish monthly homebrew meeting. Unfortunately, Bakfish closed its doors this month. It is sad news for us as we loved Bakfish. The Bay Area Mashtronauts are hosting a pale ale hop comparison meeting in February, so we brewed this beer with Southern Cross (New Zealand) and Vista (American) hops.
