An American IPA. This is a bitter beer, and it has turned out to be one of our favorite IPAs that we’ve made. We didn’t podium with it at Eureka Height’s in their second annual Lupulin Quest competition, but we brewed this beer, and drank all of it before the judging was even completed. ‘ULA’ULA PIA – Hawaiian for Red Beer This is a double dry hopped specialty IPA. We would have liked the red to have come through a bit more, but this is a smooth, easy drinking, nice IPA. We entered this into the second annual Eureka Heights Lupulin Quest Homebrew Competition but did not podium.
