It’s been a while since we’ve done a “simple” brew… so we knocked this one out to have something to enjoy as the summer starts to heat up. Update – served this keg at Lunar Rendezbrew 29. It got good feedback.
(5 gallon batch, 60 minute boil)

Pre-Boil Gravity: 1.035
Original Gravity: 1.045
Final Gravity: 1.009
ABV: 4.9
                                                                                      

Fermentables:
9lbs.  - Two Row
1 lb. White Wheat Malt
1/2 lb. Honey Malt

Boil (hops in pellet form):

1.0 oz. -  Crystal (3.5AA)              @60
1.0 oz. -  Crystal (3.5AA)              @10
1.0 oz. -  Crystal (3.5AA)              @5
*Yeast Nutrient and Whirflock Tablet       @10
