11 gallon batch size (13 gallon pre-boil)

Original Gravity: 1.065
Final Gravity: 1.021

8 lbs.   - German Pilsner
5.5 lbs. - American Vienna
5.5 lbs. - American Munich Dark (20L)
2 lbs.   - American Aromatic Malt
1.5 lb.  - American Caramel Crystal 20
1 lb.    - American Carapils
0.5 lb.  - German Melanoidin

Boil (hops in pellet form):
1.5 oz.  - Tettnanger       @60
1.5 oz. - Tettnanger        @30
Yeast Nutrient and Whirflock Tablet        @10
Yeast – USE STARTER:
Safale US-04 English Ale Yeast
