We specifically brewed this beer as part of the Austin Zealot’s Inquisition competition. Their eleventh category is the Crusade.
It specifies that the beer be 11 SRM and 11 IBU. We should be really close here on the SRM. The IBU, well… we didn’t want to go that low, as we still want to drink this beer and not have it be bland.

0.5 oz. -  Cascade (6.2 AA)                @60
0.3 oz. -  Cascade (6.2 AA)                @15
0.3 oz. -  Cascade (6.2 AA)                @0

*Yeast Nutrient and Whirflock Tablet       @10
* 36-48 hours at room temp, then lagered at 50-55 degrees for three weeks.
