Fermentables:

24.0 lbs of American Two Row (1.8°L)
4 lbs of Vienna Malt (3.5°L)
1.5 lb of American Caramel Crstal 40 (40°L)
1.5 lb 8 of Acidulated Malt (3.4°L)
1 lb. of Flaked Oats (2.2°L)
3 lbs. of Raw Honey (20°L); late addition, last five minutes of boil

Boil (hops in pellet form):

1.5 oz Magnum (15AA) @ 90 
1 oz Magnum (15AA) @ 60
2 oz Mosaic (12.5AA) @ 10
2 oz Amarillo (8.6AA) @ 10
2 oz Cascade (7AA) @ 5 
2 oz Amarillo (8.6AA) @ 5
.5 oz Magnum (15AA) @ Hop Stand During Whirlpool (5 minutes at 175 degrees)
