Ok, so our Punch-Out Porter beer didn’t win a competition based on taste itself. Womp Womp. But the brew’s Little Mac label was selected out of hundreds of entries into the Brew Your Own Magazine’s (BYO.com) 26th annual beer label competition as the bronze winner! Today we received swag from BYO care of White Labs Brewing Company including FREE PUREPITCH YEAST. So it is time to brew more beer! Thanks to BYO for a fun competition. Update: WOOT! GrogTag, our favorite label printer, also provided us with a great gift card for our next set of labels! We can’t speak highly enough about the quality, speed, and excellent service that we’ve received from GrogTag in the past.
Update Update: BSG dropped some prizes on us too! 4 lbs of hops (the good stuff) AND a bottle dryer and cleaner setup. This is just in time to bottle what is in the fermenter, a snickerdoodle inspired Christmas Cream Ale. Thanks BSG – you guys rock!
