This is our first attempt at brewing a German Kölsch and it turned out great!

Fermentables: 15 lbs. - German Pilsner 3 lbs. - German Pale Wheat ½ lb. - German Melanoidin Boil (hops in pellet form): 1.0 oz. - Perl (8.2 AA) @60 1.0 oz. - Perl (8.2 AA) @10 1.0 oz. - Domestic Hallertau (3.9 AA) Whirlpool Yeast – USE STARTER: White Labs Kolsch WLP029
