Little Mac is about to attack with this graham cracker vanilla porter. This completely custom built recipe hopes to provide a full bodied porter with a sweet backend. 11 gallon batch.
We are pretty sure Soda Popinski would pick up this bottle if it was available to him.

Original Gravity: 1.060
Final Gravity: 1.011
ABV: 6.4%
                                                                                       

Fermentables:
17 lbs. - Marris Otter Pale Malt
2 lbs.  - American Chocolate
2 lb.   - Flake Oat
1½ lb.  - Caramel Crystal 40
½ lb.   - Black Patent Malt
28 0z.  - Crushed Nabisco Honey Graham Crackers (Mash)

Boil (hops in pellet form):
2.0 oz. - Fuggles (3.5%)      @60
2.0 oz. - Celeia (3.2%)       @10

Dry Hopped: 
28 oz.  - Broken in half Nabisco Honey Graham Crackers 
2 cups  - Brown Sugar
3 tbsp  - Vanilla Bean Paste

Yeast – USE STARTER:
WLP007 Dry English Ale Yeast

Special Instructions:
Before adding Nabisco Honey Graham crackers to the secondary, let dry in 225 degree oven for one
hour. Lightly spray with Star San before adding to mesh bag. Be very gentle, as crackers will disintegrate
and fog up the beer. Keep as whole as possible.  Edit: Might go a little light on the vanilla, 3 tbsp gave a heavier vanilla flavor than desired.
